A team matrix assessment will show how the team is perceived externally and how individual behaviors contribute to team dynamics, particularly under stress, and how individuals are positioned within the team.
I engaged Stuart Andrews to work with my executive team on a program to take us from being a group of high performing individuals to a high performing team. Stuart developed a great program, based on Patrick Lencioni’s “Five Dysfunctions of a Team”. His work included providing individual personalised coaching for each of the executive team members, skills for managing conflict and improving alignment, and exercises to help team members develop trust and confidence in each other.
Stuart led a large and complex digital transformation project that our companies worked closely together to deliver. Stuart always looked for ways to accomplish the goals and find the best solutions even when there were challenges along the way (as there always are!). I also valued the personal aspects of Stuart and he always went out of his way to promote a positive relationship which creates a lot of trust and was key to get things done.
