When I first stepped into a leadership role, I faced many of the same challenges that most leaders encounter—feeling overwhelmed, struggling with team dysfunction, and feeling the pressure to deliver results in fast-paced environments. Despite my years of experience, I found myself questioning my approach and wondering if there was a better way to lead.
Determined to improve, I dove into studying leadership principles, sought out mentorship, and tested new strategies. Through trial, error, and relentless dedication, I not only transformed my leadership but also the performance of my team.
